My daughter has named this her new favorite dinner and immediately said: “Mom, this tastes better than in a restaurant!”. It’s so easy to make, so juicy and so full of flavor that the plates will be empty in an instant. One of those dishes you only find once

For the sauce:

* 300 ml of heavy cream
* 150 ml of tomato sauce
* 100 g of grated cheese

Preparation

1. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Add the ground meat and cook until well browned.
3. Stir in the carrot, bell pepper, spices, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5

minutes, then add the parsley.
4. Let the mixture cool slightly before adding the grated cheese.
5. Place a portion of the filling on each sheet of brick pastry and roll them up tightly.
6. Arrange the rolls in an ovenproof dish.
7. Mix the cream with the tomato sauce and pour the mixture over the rolls.
8. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 25 to 30 minutes, until the rolls are golden brown and bubbly.
