I Married a Wealthy Man 30 Years Older Because I Was Tired of Struggling—After His Funeral, His Lawyer Handed Me a Silver Box and Said, “He Made Sure You Got Exactly What You Deserved”

Harrison had established scholarships for hotel workers’ children and paid off the medical debts of several longtime employees.

Then Samuel reached the family provisions.

“To my sons, Grant and Lucas, I leave equal beneficiary trusts providing annual income, healthcare coverage and educational support for their children.”

Grant nodded slowly.

“To my daughter, Vivian, I leave an equivalent trust, provided she does not interfere with the administration of my estate or harass my surviving spouse and child.”

Vivian’s face went white.

“What child? That pregnancy has not even been independently verified.”

“It has,” Samuel said. “The laboratory report is included.”

He continued.

“Any beneficiary who contests the marriage, the parentage of the child, or the validity of this will shall immediately forfeit all distributions. The forfeited share will be transferred to the Blackwell Employee Relief Foundation.”

Vivian stood.

“He wrote that because she manipulated him.”

Samuel did not raise his voice.
